For whoever sets up GoHighLevel. Clone the proven assisted-living / DFY calendar, rebrand it for HVAC, keep the settings that are already converting. Do not reinvent it.
Open the working calendar (the assisted-living or done-for-you calendar) in Calendars > Calendar Settings.
2
Use Duplicate on that calendar. Name the copy HVAC - Game Plan Session.
3
Change only: the calendar name, the meeting title ("HVAC Game Plan Session"), the assigned user (who takes the call), and availability hours.
4
Keep every other setting from the table below. They are already tuned for show rate.
5
Embed it on the landing + booking page: Calendar > Embed code into the booking section.
6
Send one live test booking through the whole flow before going live.

Per the SOP
The reminder + no-show flows (already in the snapshot)
Reminders: 48h, 24h, 1h, 15min before the call.
No-show / cancel: auto-nurture for 4 days to reschedule.
5-min response: alerts the team if a booked lead replies and nobody answers.
These come with the snapshot. Just confirm they are Published (not Draft) and that the calendar is the trigger.
One decision for Moran: who takes the Game Plan Session calls (the assigned user on the calendar)? Set that before launch so bookings route to a real person.
